We also apply bitumen tape to the top of the joists, providing an additional layer of waterproofing to prevent future rot.

By taking these extra steps, we significantly increase the lifespan of the new balcony, ensuring it remains both functional and aesthetically pleasing for many years to come.

Lattice Cover in Murrieta, CA

This project involved replacing an aging wood pergola with a fully customized Alumawood lattice cover, designed to blend seamlessly with the existing architecture.

The new structure features required concrete footings, steel post and beam inserts to allow for large spans between columns.

We then installed 10" square fiberglass columns, enhancing the visual appeal and providing a durable, maintenance-free solution.

Custom-fabricated brackets and precise 45-degree cuts were used to create a wrap-around mitered corner, ensuring seamless architectural continuity.

Stucco repairs were necessary to address damage from the previous cover and to ensure a beautifully finished project with seamless integration.

The required building permit was issued and the final inspection performed by the City of Murrieta Building Department.

Solid Alumawood Cover Located in Murrieta

This beautiful backyard features a solid Newport style Alumawood patio cover with an angled center section in a sleek Graphite color.

The design includes concrete footings, steel posts, and steel beam inserts.

These items are REQUIRED to increase the standard post spacing on an Alumawood patio cover.

Three ceiling fans with color-matched flashing were installed, showcasing expert electrical work.

The required building permit was issued and the final inspection performed by the City of Murrieta Building Department.

Newport-Style Multi-Span Alumawood Patio Cover in Murrieta

This custom Newport-style multi-span Alumawood patio cover brings both beauty and functionality to the home.

It showcases a Latte-colored ceiling, roof, and color-matched flashing, harmonizing with the Spanish Brown posts, header beams, and fascia trim.

The patio also features 12 recessed LED lights and 3 outdoor ceiling fans, making it a perfect space for outdoor living.

The required building permit was issued and the final inspection performed by the City of Murrieta Building Department.
